TRAVEL IS FOOD AND DRINK TO ME
I love travel stories based around food and drink. I created the Time for Food guidebook series for Thomas Cook and wrote the Paris, Venice and Amsterdam titles in that series. I've visited the sherry bodegas of Jerez, been to Champagne, Bordeaux and Cognac, been wine touring in New Zealand and Greece, interviewed Raymond Blanc and Alain Ducasse, had a cooking lesson from Raymond Blanc, and some of the newspaper and some of the stories I've written include:
