Articles published as a result of AGM visits

The Guild committee is now working hard to organise next year’s AGM. Please support us in our efforts to make 2010 – the Guild's 50th anniversary year – a really great AGM.

The sponsors we are approaching would like to see evidence of any articles and coverage that have resulted from past AGMs.

Did you have material published or broadcast as a result of travel to an AGM location?

Could you help us by urgently looking out past clippings and sending them in either:

• hard format to: Guild Secretariat, 26 Needwood House, Woodberry Down, London, N4 2TN

• jpg scans or pdfs to: This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

• If you no longer have copies or in the case of broadcast material, could you give date, publication and article brief details?

Apologies if you have already submitted pieces in the past and if there appears to be duplication but we are now in the process of creating a permanent electronic archive for AGM promotional purposes.

We are also keen for AGM articles that mention transport  (airlines, trains etc that may have been involved in the AGM) to help us secure transport for next time.

If you could look these out and send them to us as soon as possible, we would be very grateful.

With many thanks,

Sarah Monaghan
