Your manuscript is both good and original; but the part that is good is not original, and the part that is original is not good.

Rough Guide to Denmark, by Roger Norum |
|
Roger Norum has co-authored the first edition of the Rough Guide to Denmark, the twelfth Rough Guide that he has contributed too.
'It's a guidebook which takes the clichés of rolling hills, pristine beaches and idyllic villages and turns them on their heads to bring travellers to the best of what this little-known country has to offer,' says Roger. “Denmark's leafy Baltic islets, opulent Baroque castles and foot-stomping urban jazz festivals have made it one of the most intoxicating destinations in Europe.”
So forget what you thought you knew and take Roger's word for it – Denmark is nothing you expected. Contact him for more details or request a review copy by emailing

"On my first visit, in 1983, the roads were empty except for heavy trucks, black government limos and battalions of bicycles. Today the roads are clogged with cars that the Chinese drive like bicycles. It is not that they are aggressive, just that, like cyclists, they seem reluctant to stop for fear of wobbling and falling off. Driving in China is a series of collisions that you never quite have."
