What you need to do if you want to return something

In order to help speed up the return process, please request a valid Returned Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number by phone or by email.

Order Cancellation
The Consumer Protection Regulations 2000 give private customers the opportunity to cancel an order, known as a cooling off period.

  • The goods are returned to us in the same ‘as new’ condition as they were delivered (cost may be applied to restore them to an ‘as new’ condition).
  • You inform us in writing (email, fax or post) within 7 days from receipt of product that you wish to cancel the order.
  • The goods have not been made for the customers’ specification or personalised by the customer.
  • You pay for the return delivery / courier costs and are responsible for the safe and undamaged return of the goods.
  • Goods are returned as soon as possible from the issue date of a RMA number so a credit can be raised within 30 days.
  • Goods must be resealed in their original unmarked packaging along with all original boxes, manuals, blank warranty cards, packing, accessories and manufacturer's literature.

Defective goods
If you have received damaged or defective goods, it is essential that they are returned as soon as is practicable and reasonable after the delivery date. You may request a direct replacement or a refund.

All physically damaged items will be rejected and returned to the customer at their cost.

If you request a direct replacement, please allow up to 30 days before you receive your replacement goods. Note that items may be replaced by equivalents if the originals are not available.

Refunds

Helicopter pilot Francisco made a quick announcement. “Is everyone up for a low-level pass of the ship? If you are, I need to see all six hands up in agreement!” Six arms were immediately raised in excited accord. And, with no further ado, our Bell 407 helicopter roared down to wave level (or so it seemed) and completed a high-speed fly-by of our sea-going home of the past week, the MV Atmosphere.
